IT Network Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an IT Network Administrator to design, deploy and maintain the company’s network infrastructure across the headquarters and retail locations. The role ensures reliable connectivity, performs troubleshooting, and supports basic network security measures.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, analyze and upgrade network components for the entire organization, including HQ and stores.
• Provide network connectivity for all devices and peripherals.
• Develop and implement network access controls, monitoring and evaluation systems to secure the environment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on network equipment and adjust configurations to meet standards.
• Respond to tickets, diagnose issues, and resolve network problems promptly.

Required profile

• CCNA certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience with ticketing systems and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with remote access tools and infrastructure management.
• Ability to work with advanced Excel, Power BI and Google Data Studio for reporting.
