IT Operations Engineer

About the role

Advansys is hiring an IT Operations Engineer in its IT department, based in Nasr City with a hybrid workplace. The role covers identity and access management, system administration and IT support.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify, disable and manage user accounts across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365 and business applications
• Manage user permissions, security groups, shared mailboxes and access requests in line with company policy
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, access management and IT asset allocation
• Perform system updates, software deployments, security patches and firmware upgrades
• Monitor IT systems and infrastructure health and resolve performance and reliability issues proactively
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and user access issues
• Maintain IT documentation, user records and system configurations
• Follow IT security policies and best practices

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration or a related role
• Good understanding of user access management, permissions, security groups and IT support processes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
