IT Section Head – Lead IT Strategy & Security

About the role

The IT Section Head will define and execute MMC for Investment’s technology roadmap, aligning IT initiatives with business goals. This senior position oversees all infrastructure, systems, security, and support functions while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy, roadmap, and operational plans.
• Lead and manage the IT function, ensuring delivery of infrastructure, systems, technical support, and services.
• Supervise, guide, and develop IT team members, setting performance standards and professional growth paths.
• Oversee design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of servers, networks, systems, and end‑user environments.
• Integrate hardware, software, networking, and security solutions across projects.
• Ensure availability, reliability, scalability, and performance of all IT assets.
• Develop and enforce robust IT security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage cybersecurity solutions such as firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and access control systems.
• Monitor compliance with IT, cybersecurity, and information‑security standards.
• Lead IT projects from planning through delivery, meeting timeline, scope, and budget constraints.
• Manage vendors, contracts, and procurement to secure cost‑effective services.
• Develop and control the IT budget, track expenditures, and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Establish performance indicators, service levels, and operational KPIs.
• Conduct infrastructure reviews, system audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Maintain business continuity, backup, disaster‑recovery, and incident‑response plans.
