About the role
We are looking for an experienced IT Security Head to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability of ERP systems and business applications across the factory.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain networks, servers, PCs, printers and other IT equipment.
- Ensure availability and stability of ERP systems and coordinate with vendors.
- Supervise the IT Support Team and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Monitor network performance, internet connectivity, access points and basic network security.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, email systems, antivirus and software installations.
- Oversee regular data backup, recovery procedures and backup status.
- Handle IT assets, licenses, maintenance contracts and external service providers.
- Prepare IT reports, maintenance plans, budgets and support IT projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- 7+ years of IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in infrastructure, networking, servers, ERP and IT support.
