IT Solution Expert (SE) – Business Analyst & Digital Transformation

About the role

The IT Solution Expert (SE) bridges business needs with technology solutions, ensuring that requirements are turned into scalable, efficient digital products that drive organisational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to define optimal solutions.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, user journeys and system specifications.
• Support solution design aligned with digital transformation strategy.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, use cases and user stories.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end solution lifecycle from ideation to implementation and post‑launch optimisation.
• Collaborate with architecture and development teams to ensure feasibility and scalability.
• Contribute to enhancing digital channels such as web, mobile apps and e‑services.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and recommend automation or digitalisation initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and integration standards.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, digital transformation and technology solutions.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, document requirements and drive cross‑functional projects.
• Experience in telecom or related industries is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
