IT Support Associate (Workplace Technology)

About the role

Chalhoub Group is looking for an IT Support Associate to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across its corporate offices, retail stores, and warehouses in Cairo. The role blends hands‑on technical support with vendor and stakeholder management to maintain a seamless workplace technology ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and handheld devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with POS systems, printers, barcode scanners, phones, and network connectivity (VPN, broadband, 5G, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi).
• Manage incident and request resolution within the End User Computing (EUC) team.
• Oversee external vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs for IT, AV, telephony, and print infrastructure.
• Conduct planned preventive maintenance with vendors to eliminate recurring problems.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, NOC, Network Engineering, and Service Operations teams.
• Travel onsite between corporate office, stores, warehouse, and CADF as needed.
• Maintain compliance with risk, security, and change policies and produce regular operational reports.

• Ability to manage multiple vendors and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Commitment to delivering service within defined SLAs and KPIs.
