IT Support Specialist – Technical Support & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Information Technology Support Specialist to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure. You will ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and network services while providing prompt technical assistance to employees across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage hardware inventory and perform system upgrades.
• Install and update operating systems, applications, and productivity tools.
• Support local network connectivity, Wi‑Fi access, and system performance.
• Assist with user access management and system configurations.
• Follow IT security policies, support endpoint protection, and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and configurations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or operations.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced technical environment.

• Windows and workstation administration.
• Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Software installation and configuration.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Active Directory user management.
• Microsoft Office and productivity tools.
• IT troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience with IT service management tools.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft certifications (preferred).
