IT Technical Support Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position provides first‑ and second‑level technical support for hardware, software, networks and business applications across Coldwell Banker Egypt’s offices.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage user requests and incident tickets.
• Install, configure and maintain IT equipment.
• Document incidents, solutions and maintain accurate records.
• Support system updates and coordinate with vendors when required.
• Assist in small IT projects to improve infrastructure reliability.
• Collaborate with team members and business users to ensure stable and secure technology operations.

Required profile

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting abilities for hardware, software and network environments.
• Solid knowledge of operating systems, office productivity tools and basic networking concepts.
• Effective communication skills to explain technical issues to non‑technical users.
• Foundational project‑management skills to support small IT initiatives.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
• Experience in corporate or multi‑branch settings, preferably in real estate.
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain documentation and follow security and data‑protection standards.
