Junior Art Director

About the role

Dot IT is hiring a Junior Art Director in Cairo for its marketing activities. The role leads the visual style and creative direction of digital marketing projects, works with a team of graphic designers and oversees social media video production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the visual style and creative direction for all digital marketing projects
• Create graphics, illustrations and images for social media platforms, and perform advanced photo editing and retouching
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and stay up to date with design trends and digital storytelling
• Lead, mentor and support a team of graphic designers, reviewing and approving their work
• Manage workflows, timelines and deliverables, and oversee the team producing social media videos, including motion graphics and visual effects
• Work with content, marketing and strategy teams on campaign ideation and development, applying feedback and performance insights to improve creative quality

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media design and branding, including logo design, company profiles and visual identity development
• Hands-on experience in motion graphics and UI/UX design, with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and their visual requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; self-motivated and results-oriented

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Professional video editing tools
