Junior Electrical Tender Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Electrical Tender Engineer to support project tenders from initial review through final quotation, ensuring Eaton’s solutions meet customer requirements and contribute to profitable bids.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse incoming RFQs and determine the fit of Eaton products across all solutions.
• Interpret tender drawings and specifications, preparing CDE (Comply, Deviate, Exception) documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, applications engineers, consultants and product owners to build competitive bids.
• Assist with costing, pricing and technical risk/opportunity analysis.
• Maintain alignment with customer specifications and meet agreed tender timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing electrical distribution systems for commercial/industrial projects.
• Familiarity with large‑scale installation environments and tender processes.

Required skills

• Electrical distribution system design.
• Interpretation of technical packages (drawings, specifications).
• CDE (Comply‑Deviate‑Exception) documentation.
• Cost estimation and pricing tools.
• Tender and RFQ analysis.
