Junior FF&E Technical Office Engineer

About the role

Luxury Hospitality is seeking a motivated Junior FF&E Technical Office Engineer to support its hospitality projects in Giza. The role involves assisting the technical team with shop drawing reviews, vendor coordination, and procurement activities to ensure high‑quality furniture, fixtures and equipment delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and verifying the accuracy of shop drawings and project documentation.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to monitor production schedules and delivery timelines.
• Support material and sample evaluations to confirm compliance with project specifications.
• Participate in cost comparison analyses to achieve value without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source FF&E items according to budget and design requirements.
• Ensure all activities adhere to company standards and project regulations.
• Prepare and maintain snag/punch lists for FF&E items and follow up on resolutions.
• Maintain organized records of technical drawings, project files, and vendor communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Architecture or Interior Design.
• 1–2 years of experience in FF&E or hospitality environments (preferred).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective technical writing and collaborative work style.
• Residence in or near 6th of October City is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Word.
