Junior Merchant Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Merchant Acquisition Specialist to join our fast‑growing FinTech team. You will help small and medium enterprises adopt our online payment solutions by generating leads, presenting the product and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media and networking events.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits and value proposition.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and customer support teams to align sales initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline and performance metrics using CRM software.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven sales success, preferably in financial services or technology.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Results‑driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
