Junior Product Owner – AI Testing Platform

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Product Owner to join Robotesta, an AI‑powered software testing platform. The role will support the delivery of intelligent testing solutions by working closely with stakeholders, designers, developers and QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clear, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
• Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of requirements.
• Support roadmap planning and translate business objectives into actionable product initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Track product KPIs and prepare reports on feature performance, adoption, and business impact.
• Contribute to product documentation, release notes, and training materials.
• Help triage bugs and prioritize defects alongside new feature development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with data to support product decisions.
