Junior Sales Representative – Dental Supplies

About the role

ReachOut is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to promote and sell dental supplies to clinics, dentists, pharmacies, and distributors in Cairo. The role combines product demonstration, client relationship building, and market research to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients such as dental clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Present and demonstrate dental products and equipment to prospective and existing customers.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and orders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
• Process orders, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales & Operations teams on campaigns and initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the dental supplies industry.
• Strong knowledge of dental products, equipment, and consumables.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence decision‑makers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Resilience to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target‑driven environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Nasr City, Cairo.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
