Junior Talent Acquisition Associate (Blue Collars)

About the role

Americana Restaurants is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Associate to support the recruitment of blue‑collar staff across its portfolio of restaurant brands in the MENA region. The role will work closely with the Talent Recruitment Manager to ensure a smooth, confidential, and efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from candidates, hiring managers and external agencies while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
• Contact candidates, schedule interviews and help develop interview questions in partnership with the recruitment manager.
• Conduct interviews, administer tests, rank applicants, check references and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates according to established criteria.
• Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the employer brand.
• Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the personnel department.
• Collect and compile recruitment statistics to ensure accurate project reporting.
• Assist in recruiting the manpower needed to meet or exceed company goals and implement project activities assigned by the recruitment manager.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Management or equivalent; a Master’s degree or HR diploma is a plus.
• 1‑3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Operations or restaurant management experience is an advantage.
