Kids Club Manager

About the role

The Kids Club Manager leads the daily operations of the hotel’s Kids Club, creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and their families. Reporting to the Entertainment Manager, you will design age‑appropriate programmes, oversee staff, and ensure high standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day Kids Club operations, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate dynamic schedules of age‑appropriate activities and themed events.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and budget under the supervision of the Entertainment Manager.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the Kids Club team to uphold service and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences for children and families.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about participation, well‑being, and any incidents.
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and incidents promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Entertainment Manager to plan and promote new programmes, themed events, and seasonal activities.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, attendance, and staff certifications.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Education, Recreation, Childcare or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in children’s recreation, childcare, or entertainment management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of child safety and safeguarding procedures.
• Creative, energetic and passionate about working with children.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
