Kids Club Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Kids Club Supervisor to join our team at Rixos Premium Seagate in Sharm El Sheikh. Reporting to the Kids Club Manager, you will help create a safe, fun and engaging environment for our young guests while upholding the high service standards of our five‑star resort.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Kids Club Manager in planning and delivering daily activities for children of various ages.
• Supervise and coach the Kids Club team, ensuring proper staffing and performance.
• Monitor safety procedures, conduct risk assessments and respond promptly to any incidents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to integrate children’s programs with overall guest services.
• Prepare activity reports and communicate feedback to management.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Child Care, Education, Hospitality or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience working in a Kids Club, children’s program, or similar role, with proven supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage children and families.
