About the role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Knowledge Management Senior Specialist on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to design and execute strategies that enable the collection, sharing, and utilization of knowledge across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive knowledge management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Create and manage knowledge repositories, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and user‑friendly.
• Assess knowledge flow within the organization and identify gaps to enhance knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to capture and disseminate critical knowledge.
• Lead training and capacity‑building initiatives to foster a knowledge‑sharing culture among employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management practices and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in knowledge management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 4‑6 years of experience in knowledge management or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful knowledge management initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with knowledge management tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks in knowledge management is a plus.
