KYC Analyst

About the role

Ayvens is looking for a KYC Analyst in Marousi, reporting to the Commercial Operations Supervisor. The analyst carries out KYC due diligence covering initial screening, periodic screening, transaction monitoring and event-driven reviews, and acts as the link between the commercial team and the AML shared service center.

Key responsibilities

• Assist relationship managers in KYC research as part of the AML process
• Act as the main point of contact between the commercial team and the AML shared service center
• Liaise with clients to obtain the documents needed for KYC, where agreed with the relationship manager
• Check the quality of documents provided by relationship managers before they are sent to the shared service center
• Update physical files in line with regulator and company policy and maintain electronic files

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Information Systems
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in banking, finance or similar activities
• Fluency in English, written and spoken

• Knowledge of KYC/AML/CFT regulations and best practices
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Digital literacy and tech savviness
