Land Sport Animator

About the role

The Land Sport Animator will design, coordinate and lead a wide range of sports and recreational activities for hotel guests. Working within an Accor hotel environment, you will create engaging programs that cater to all ages and skill levels, ensuring a memorable and active experience for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate sports and recreational programs, including team sports, fitness classes and educational workshops.
• Plan, organize and oversee sports events such as tournaments, competitions and casual activities.
• Interact with guests, motivate participants and ensure a positive experience throughout each activity.
• Promote sports offerings via bulletin boards, social media and newsletters.
• Deliver training sessions, teach new techniques and help participants improve performance.
• Maintain and prepare all sports equipment, ensuring safety and availability.
• Observe participant performance, provide constructive feedback and monitor safety procedures.
• Collaborate with health staff, service teams and administrators to ensure smooth operation of activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Physical Education, Sports Management or a related field.
• Previous experience organizing sports activities or similar environments is preferred.
• Strong communication abilities, motivational skills and solid organizational capabilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of sports safety procedures and the ability to work under pressure.
• Personal traits such as initiative, flexibility and a positive attitude.
