Landscape Design Engineer – New Cairo

About the role

TBK Developments is seeking a Landscape Design Engineer to create innovative landscape solutions for large‑scale real‑estate and construction projects in New Cairo. The role involves developing concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring seamless integration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative landscape design concepts, master plans, and proposals aligned with project requirements and standards.
• Prepare detailed layout drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and design details for hardscape, softscape, and planting.
• Coordinate landscape designs with architecture, civil, structural, and MEP teams to ensure integration.
• Update and maintain design documents throughout all project phases, from concept to construction.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and constructability standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in landscape design, preferably on large‑scale projects.
• Proven track record delivering landscape solutions for real‑estate or construction developments.
• Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, and planting design principles and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
