About the role
Cookievore is seeking a proactive Last Mile Dispatcher to oversee daily delivery operations in Sheikh Zayed. You will coordinate both B2B and B2C shipments, ensuring drivers have the right routes and that orders are tracked accurately from dispatch to delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate B2B, B2C, and customer deliveries.
- Assign delivery batches and routes to drivers.
- Track deliveries in real time and update order statuses.
- Handle and document returned items.
- Monitor driver attendance and daily performance.
- Maintain accurate delivery and dispatch records.
- Prepare daily reports and operational updates.
Required profile
- Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, or delivery coordination.
- Good understanding of last‑mile delivery operations.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and POS systems.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
