Last Mile Hub Senior Coordinator

About the role

The Last Mile Hub Senior Coordinator ensures smooth daily operations at Bosta’s Mahalla hub. You will manage shipment intake, dispatch, and tracking while maintaining service quality and KPI standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive new pickups and verify tracking numbers on flyers.
• Enter shipments into the system and update the “Receiving Pickups” sheet.
• Sort and dispatch shipments based on delivery addresses.
• Add cash‑on‑delivery and refund shipments to courier routes and send routes via the Stars app.
• Handle undelivered shipments, obtain receiver signatures, and process zero‑COD deliveries.
• Collect and verify hard copies of returned shipments.
• Monitor Stars Wallets to ensure daily COD deposits match collections.
• Make verification calls for undelivered or canceled shipments.
• Cancel refused shipments and transfer orders exceeding a 24‑hour hold to the sorting facility.
• Send handover emails with shipment counts, seal numbers, and tracking details.
• Perform related duties as required.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, e‑commerce, or shipping.
• Graduate degree (only graduates are eligible).
