Last Mile Senior Hub Coordinator – Imbaba

About the role

Bosta is seeking a proactive coordinator to manage daily hub operations in Imbaba. You will oversee shipment handling, ensure accurate tracking, and maintain service quality in line with Bosta’s standards for fast, technology‑driven delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive new pickups and verify tracking numbers on flyers.
• Enter shipments into the system and update the “Receiving Pickups” sheet.
• Sort and dispatch shipments based on delivery addresses.
• Add cash‑collection and refund shipments to courier routes and send routes via the Stars app.
• Process undelivered shipments, obtain receiver signatures, and manage zero‑COD deliveries.
• Monitor Stars Wallets to confirm daily COD deposits.
• Make verification calls on undelivered or canceled shipments.
• Cancel refused shipments and transfer held orders after 24 hours to the sorting facility.
• Send handover emails with shipment counts, seal numbers, and tracking details.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year experience in logistics, e‑commerce or shipping.
• University graduate (any field).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bosta’s internal tracking system and the Stars app.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and email communication.
