Laundry Attendant

About the role

Join a leading hotel within the Accor network as a Laundry Attendant. You will ensure guests and staff receive clean, well‑pressed laundry while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Wash, dry, iron and, when required, dry‑clean guest and staff laundry according to supervisor instructions.
• Separate items by fabric type, colour and stain level; select appropriate washing cycles and treat stains.
• Maintain and report any equipment breakdowns; perform routine maintenance on washing machines, dryers and related units.
• Label laundry with room numbers, check pockets for valuables, and manage lost‑and‑found items.
• Prepare price lists, charge fees using the Micros system, and communicate undeliverable items to the Front Office.
• Follow fire safety, hygiene and hotel procedural guidelines, and discard worn or torn items with proper reporting.

Required profile

• At least a primary school diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel or commercial laundry operations.
• Reliability, attention to personal hygiene and uniform standards.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality management procedures.
