Lead ISO Instructor – Recorded Courses

About the role

Enta Gahez is seeking a seasoned Lead Instructor to develop and deliver high‑quality recorded courses on a range of ISO standards and occupational health & safety topics. The instructor will create ready‑to‑publish training modules that support learners from fresh graduates to experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Produce recorded training courses covering ISO 28000, ISO 21001, ISO 50001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO 39001, ISO 22320, ISO 18788, ISO 10004, ISO 7101 and Gahar standards.
• Develop and deliver occupational health and safety modules such as Working at Heights, Safe Lifting & Rigging, Process Safety Management, Scaffolding, First Aid & CPR, Emergency Evacuation, and Permit to Work systems.
• Utilise existing training materials or create new content to meet platform standards.
• Ensure courses meet ISO awareness, internal auditor, and implementation learning objectives.
• Collaborate with the content team to maintain consistency and quality across the platform.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional/industry experience in the relevant ISO domains.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering professional or technical training sessions.
• Lead Auditor certification (IRCA or equivalent) for ISO‑related courses.
• Train‑the‑Trainer (TOT) certification or equivalent.
• Proven track record of delivering training on the listed ISO standards and OHS topics.
