Learning & Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of our talent development initiatives. The role will partner with business leaders to build a high‑performance learning culture and drive employee growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement L&D programs aligned with business objectives and competency frameworks.
• Conduct training needs assessments through collaboration with managers, performance reviews and gap analysis.
• Design, deliver and refine onboarding, technical, behavioral, leadership and soft‑skill training.
• Manage the Learning Management System and digital learning platforms, ensuring content follows adult learning principles.
• Design and facilitate assessment and development centers for promotion, talent identification and succession planning.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching, develop Individual Development Plans and Performance Improvement Plans.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments and business impact metrics, and report findings.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and stay current with best practices in learning methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organizational Development.
• Proven ability to design and deliver learning programs for multiple organizational levels.
• Hands‑on experience with competency‑based assessment centers.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‑learning platforms.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience using competency‑based assessment tools.
