About the role
We are a growing fragrance company in Egypt seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to drive our retail expansion. The role focuses on identifying prime locations, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring seamless store openings across the country.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure prime retail locations for new store openings.
- Negotiate lease agreements and commercial terms with landlords and property developers.
- Conduct market research and location analysis to support expansion plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management, landlords, and real estate partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store openings and lease compliance.
- Monitor lease renewals, rental costs, and occupancy expenses.
Required profile
- Proven track record in leasing, site acquisition, and retail expansion.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage commercial contracts.
- Experience conducting market and location analysis.
- Excellent relationship‑building capabilities with landlords and real‑estate stakeholders.
