Lecturer/Associate Professor/Professor Positions – Faculty of Dentistry

About the role

Al-Ryada University for Science and Technology invites applications for Lecturer, Associate Professor, and Professor positions in the Faculty of Dentistry, starting September 2026. Key responsibilities

• Lead and conduct research projects, securing external funding where possible.
• Supervise undergraduate and graduate students, guiding theses and dissertations.
• Deliver high‑quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
• Develop and update curricula for assigned specializations.
• Participate in departmental and university administrative duties.
• Foster academic collaborations with partner institutions.

Required profile

• PhD in a relevant dental or medical field.
• Demonstrated teaching experience within a Faculty of Dentistry (or Faculty of Medicine for General Surgery).
• Strong academic record with publications in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Oral Biology.
• Expertise in Removable Prosthodontics.
• Expertise in Fixed Prosthodontics.
• Operative Dentistry proficiency.
• Orthodontics proficiency.
• General Surgery knowledge (medical faculty).
• Dental Biomaterials expertise.
• Pedodontics, Preventive & Community Dentistry knowledge.
• Oral Medicine, Periodontology, and Diagnosis expertise.
