Lifeguard – Hotel Pool & Beach Safety

About the role

Join a leading hotel within the Accor network as a Lifeguard, ensuring the safety of guests in both pool and beach environments. You will be a key part of the hospitality team, providing vigilant supervision and rapid response to any water‑related incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the hotel pool and beach areas continuously to prevent drowning incidents.
• Maintain and update all safety signage in the aquatic zones.
• Hold a valid governmental lifeguard certificate and renew it as required.
• Prepare and submit hazard reports to management during each shift.
• Apply first‑aid knowledge and emergency procedures for drowning or other water‑related injuries.
• Assist in other club areas as needed and perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
• Ensure compliance with the hotel’s health, safety, and hygiene policies and uphold cleaning standards throughout the club.

Required profile

• Vocational college diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional lifeguarding or related experience.
• Proficient in English and Arabic for effective communication with guests and staff.
• Completed professional trainings, seminars, and certifications in lifeguarding and first aid.
• Computer literacy not required.

Required skills

• Lifeguard certification (government‑issued).
• First‑aid certification.
• Ability to operate basic pool‑safety equipment.
