About the role

JLL is hiring a Lifestyle Agent in Cairo to deliver personalized, exceptional guest services that enhance the luxury hospitality experience. As a key point of contact for residents and guests, the agent provides information, recommendations, reservations, transportation arrangements and tailored assistance, acting as an ambassador for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and anticipate their needs, offering proactive recommendations and solutions
• Respond promptly to inquiries, requests and concerns, and handle complaints and service recovery professionally
• Provide information on property facilities, local attractions, shopping, restaurants, cultural sites and events
• Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, limousine services, airport transfers, tours and special activities
• Coordinate entertainment, cultural and sporting event bookings and VIP requirements for occasions such as anniversaries and birthdays
• Assist with courier services, ticketing and travel arrangements, and liaise with property departments and external vendors
• Maintain accurate records of requests and reservations, keep the Lifestyle desk organized and ensure local information is current
• Monitor guest feedback, keep guest information confidential and comply with data privacy, health, safety and security regulations
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures when necessary

Required profile

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Lifestyle/Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, Luxury Residential or a similar customer-facing role
• Previous luxury hospitality and residential experience
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic highly valued
• Experience managing VIP and high-profile guest requests is an advantage
• Preferably residing in East Cairo or the surrounding area
