Lifestyle Manager (East Cairo)

About the role

JLL is hiring a Lifestyle Manager for its East Cairo office. The manager leads the Lifestyle Department and drives exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, local expertise and coordinated guest requests. As a key contact for VIP guests and residents, the role covers guest engagement, concierge services, VIP and high-profile guest management, special occasions and service recovery, while building a high-performing team and collaborating across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop the Lifestyle Department's team and ensure consistent service standards.
• Build relationships with residents and guests, anticipating their needs and offering personalized recommendations and assistance.
• Manage daily operations, including enquiries, messages, deliveries, packages and information requests.
• Keep the team knowledgeable about local attractions, cultural events, dining, shopping and leisure activities.
• Monitor guest feedback and service performance, acting on concerns promptly.
• Coordinate transportation, limousine services, restaurant reservations, sightseeing tours, event bookings and other requests.
• Maintain partnerships with local businesses, attractions, entertainment venues, service providers and tourism partners.
• Welcome and personally assist VIPs, repeat guests and special-profile guests.
• Work closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Transportation, Security and other departments.
• Assist with complex travel arrangements, itineraries, flight information, visa guidance and special occasions.
• Keep accurate records of guest preferences, requests and concierge activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, grooming requirements and health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of concierge management experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, entertainment venues, transport and destination experiences.
• Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Professional, discreet and service-oriented, with strong organizational skills and stakeholder management experience with owners and regulatory authorities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic highly valued.
• Preferably residing in East Cairo or around the area.
