About the role
The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests arriving at Rixos Premium Seagate. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, guide visitors around the property, and respond to their inquiries and special requests.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the hotel lobby.
- Provide clear directions to hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and local points of interest.
- Answer guest questions promptly and accurately.
- Assist with special requests such as arranging transportation, making reservations, or offering local recommendations.
- Ensure each guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and valued throughout their stay.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong service orientation.
- Ability to handle multiple guest requests efficiently.
- Good knowledge of the hotel layout and surrounding area.
