Logistics Executive – Amazon MENA Variable Programs

About the role

Amazon’s Worldwide Operations team is seeking a Logistics Executive to support the MENA Variable Programs. You will act as the bridge between internal operations, program teams, and external partners, ensuring smooth launch, set‑up, and ongoing performance of fulfillment sites.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure safety standards are met at partner locations and enforce SOP compliance.
• Conduct field visits, maintain channel relationships, and act as custodian of processes.
• Drive partner performance through escalation, performance discussions, and improvement plans.
• Train partner associates on quality, safety, and fulfillment guidelines.
• Monitor site operations, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Raise and follow up on technical, safety, or material‑management tickets.
• Support new program launches, including facility set‑up (5S, equipment, flow).
• Apply knowledge of routing technology, performance metrics, and labor planning.
