About the role

The Logistics Specialist oversees daily transportation and fleet operations, ensuring efficient driver management, compliance monitoring, payroll coordination, and smooth execution of logistics activities. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to maintain operational excellence, service quality and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Handle driver daily operations and manage fleet activities.
• Monitor driver compliance and follow‑up on any issues.
• Close driver salaries and coordinate payroll processes.
• Supervise fleet and transportation operations.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless logistics execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet management or a similar operational role.
• Proven experience in driver handling, transportation operations and fleet supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and operational platforms.
• Strong analytical, reporting and data‑management abilities.
