Loyalty Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Loyalty Program Manager to design, launch, and grow our customer loyalty initiatives. The role focuses on boosting engagement, improving retention, and delivering measurable value through data‑driven strategies and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall loyalty program strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including campaign creation, reward design, and partner coordination.
• Analyze customer behavior, program performance, and key KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure a seamless loyalty experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and reward providers.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify new partnership opportunities to enhance member benefits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in loyalty programs, CRM, customer retention, or partnerships.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent project, stakeholder, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with loyalty platforms.
