Maintenance Technician – Electrical & Mechanical

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep our electrical, mechanical and facility systems running smoothly at IFF Egypt. You will play a key part in supporting uninterrupted manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with safety, GMP and EHS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair failures quickly and safely.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing and general building systems.
• Document all maintenance activities and respond to emergency requests.
• Support capital projects and new equipment installations alongside engineering, contractors and vendors.
• Ensure strict adherence to EHS, GMP and company safety procedures.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Maintenance.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, safety and EHS standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with production and engineering teams.
