Mall Manager – Retail Operations Leader

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Mall Manager to lead our flagship retail destination in New Cairo. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on operational oversight to deliver an exceptional experience for tenants and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies that boost mall performance, tenant satisfaction and customer engagement.
• Oversee daily operations including security, maintenance, cleaning and facilities management to maintain high standards.
• Manage budgets, control expenses and drive revenue through lease administration, marketing initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring lease compliance and fostering a collaborative retail community.
• Partner with the marketing team to design and launch campaigns and events that attract foot traffic and increase sales.
• Recruit, train and mentor a high‑performing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement safety and security protocols to protect patrons and staff.
• Represent the mall in the local community, establishing partnerships and enhancing the mall’s reputation.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in retail or property management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
