Management & Leadership Instructor – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI systems reason about organizational behavior, decision‑making, and team dynamics. This fully remote, flexible contract role lets your expertise directly influence the quality of AI outputs in the complex domain of human leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism.
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that improves AI reasoning quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to complete task‑based assignments on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks.
• Skilled at evaluating decision‑making quality and identifying trade‑offs.
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and delivering well‑reasoned critiques.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines independently.
