Manager – M&A Transaction Services (Strategy & Transactions)

About the role

As a Manager in M&A Transaction Services you will lead complex transaction diligence, execution and reporting activities for Deloitte’s clients in Egypt. You will work closely with senior advisors to translate financial and commercial data into actionable insights that support deal objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sophisticated financial and commercial analyses to evaluate transaction opportunities.
• Interpret and synthesize data, applying professional skepticism to challenge assumptions and develop recommendations.
• Prepare and manage work plans, ensuring delivery within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Act as a financial advisor across a broad spectrum of transactions, providing insights to clients.
• Participate in industry and sector groups to build knowledge and contribute to thought leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in M&A transaction services or related financial advisory roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and adjust plans to meet changing project scopes.
