Managing Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team is looking for a Managing Consultant to lead strategy and transformation initiatives for a diverse set of global clients. You will combine data‑driven insights with Mastercard’s technology platforms to create high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across multiple industries and problem statements.
• Develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock value.
• Own key relationships with mid‑level to senior client stakeholders and assess client agenda, culture, and change readiness.
• Guide teams to generate insights, deliver compelling presentations, and grow team members’ capabilities.
• Provide analytical and day‑to‑day project delivery leadership while fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with internal Mastercard product and business development teams to scope projects, design solutions, and build the firm’s intellectual capital.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading client engagements in a consulting or advisory setting.
• Strong relationship‑management skills with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver presentations.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Experience working on strategy, transformation, or performance improvement projects.
