Manufacturing Process Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Process Engineer will test and evaluate production processes to locate inefficiencies and recommend improvements in quality, productivity, safety and cost. The role supports continuous improvement programmes, DVT & MVT activities and the introduction of new technologies across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Measure and balance production line times, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective solutions.
• Lead PFMEA studies for new projects and update them when changes occur.
• Design workstations, assembly lines and material‑handling equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support plant engineering in the rollout of new technologies and efficiency programmes.
• Develop and issue work instructions, SOPs and job safety analyses.
• Manage engineering changes on the production line within budget and schedule.
• Conduct process training for shop‑floor operators.
• Monitor and improve environmental targets, including zero‑landfill waste management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechatronics or industrial preferred).
• 2‑4 years of experience in assembly‑line layout, material handling and industrial equipment specification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teams.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
