Marketing Communications Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Communications Specialist will coordinate and execute marketing communication activities for a leading development company. The role ensures brand consistency, supports campaign roll‑outs, and tracks performance against key indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, print, events) and manage content calendars.
• Develop, edit, and produce marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, website copy, presentations, and press releases.
• Maintain brand guideline compliance across all communications.
• Liaise with internal teams (business development, HR, project, management) to align marketing initiatives.
• Work with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key marketing KPIs.
• Assist with budget monitoring, supplier quotations, purchase requests, and purchase orders.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
• Organise and support events, exhibitions, activations, and on‑ground marketing logistics.
• Support internal communication and employer branding efforts.

Required profile
