Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive acts as the core coordinator for day-to-day marketing operations, bridging internal strategy and external execution. The role manages vendor and agency relationships, oversees on-ground production and events, handles procurement administration and delivers performance reports to support project launches and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day marketing requests with external agencies, production houses, media partners and suppliers.
• Follow up on project timelines, deliverables and quality standards to ensure timely execution.
• Organize and oversee site visits, photoshoots, video productions and other on-ground marketing activities.
• Support the planning and execution of project launches, events, activations, exhibitions and sponsorship initiatives.
• Coordinate branding, communication materials and marketing collateral for new launches and campaigns.
• Manage the development, production and installation of branding, signage, hoardings and promotional materials.
• Prepare purchase requests, monitor procurement, follow up on vendor payments and invoice settlements, and maintain supplier relationships within budget.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, campaign summaries and performance updates for management, and conduct market research.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in a marketing agency or a related role.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
