About the role

Join Nestlé’s fast‑track development program as a Marketing Graduate Trainee and embark on a 24‑month immersive journey across the company’s key categories in the MENA region. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in brand innovation, consumer insights and engaging brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple marketing teams to acquire broad functional knowledge.
• Support brand‑building initiatives and help create compelling consumer experiences.
• Conduct market and consumer research to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners in a fast‑moving environment.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to innovation projects that improve lives.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively in a multi‑functional environment.
• Strong time‑management skills in a fast‑paced setting.
• Curious, enthusiastic, fast learner with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduate with a passion for marketing and limited work experience.
• Fluent in English with a very good GPA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, concentration in Marketing.
