Marketing Manager

About the role

Bavly, a fast‑growing Egyptian fashion retailer, is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive its retail and digital marketing initiatives. The role will support seasonal campaigns, manage social media, and coordinate in‑store branding to boost brand awareness and sales across its 12 stores and e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Manage daily social media activities, including content scheduling, engagement, and campaign coordination.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
• Support launch and promotion of the company website and online shopping campaigns.
• Monitor website promotions, digital advertisements, and social media performance to improve traffic and conversion.
• Coordinate in‑store marketing activities such as branding materials, store openings, promotions, and visual campaigns.
• Work closely with store teams to ensure proper execution of campaigns across all branches.
• Assist in organizing fashion events, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
• Conduct market research on fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports with recommendations.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printing suppliers, and media partners.
• Support CRM and customer retention activities, including SMS, email marketing, and loyalty campaigns.
• Manage marketing materials inventory and ensure timely distribution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
