Marketing Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital marketing agency seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our in‑house team and deliver data‑driven campaigns for our clients. The role is based in Maadi and offers the chance to shape multi‑channel strategies while mentoring a talented group of marketers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage the marketing team covering content, social, paid and SEO/SEM.
• Develop and execute multi‑channel campaign strategies across client accounts.
• Set performance KPIs, monitor results and report ROI to clients and senior leadership.
• Manage budgets, timelines and resource allocation for each project.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in social, paid media, SEO and marketing automation.
• Act as primary client contact, building trust and expanding account relationships.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven record of running successful paid, organic and social campaigns.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into actionable decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication and client‑management abilities.
• Agency experience is a strong plus.
