Marketing Manager – Medical Center (Cairo & Mansoura)

About the role

The client is a leading fertility and women’s health group in Egypt, expanding its medical centre in New Cairo. They are looking for a senior Marketing Manager to own the full marketing cycle, from defining target patients to shaping the in‑centre experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated offline and digital marketing strategy aligned with the centre’s growth objectives.
• Lead branding activities to ensure a consistent image across all touchpoints, including social media, website and patient communications.
• Define and segment target patient groups based on specialty, location and income.
• Plan, launch and optimise advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, outdoor, referral programmes) to drive acquisition and retention.
• Manage the centre’s digital presence, producing timely and engaging content for social platforms, website and review sites.
• Design and monitor the patient journey in collaboration with operations and reception teams.
• Collect and analyse marketing, patient and competitive data, delivering performance reports and improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers and photographers while managing the marketing budget.
• Ensure all activities comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 12+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in services; healthcare experience is a strong plus.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, campaign planning and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and senior‑level stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to Mansoura and work closely with senior management.
