Marketing Manager Religious Tourism (Hajj & Umrah)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of Hajj and Umrah programs. The role will design and execute marketing strategies that drive bookings, increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans for Hajj and Umrah offerings.
• Manage and optimise digital campaigns on Meta, Google and other social platforms.
• Generate leads, acquire customers and grow bookings through performance‑driven initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents, sub‑agents and strategic partners.
• Oversee social media, content creation, branding and promotional material production.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI and lead‑generation metrics; prepare monthly reports and dashboards.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and provide insights to sales and operations teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Commerce or related field.
• 5–8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in religious tourism (Hajj & Umrah).
• Proven track record of marketing Hajj and Umrah programs in the Egyptian market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Very good command of English.
