Marketing Manager (Saudi Market)

About the role

WAJJAD, a technology studio building B2B digital platforms, is seeking a creative Marketing Manager focused on the Saudi market. Based in Alexandria, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that raise brand awareness, engage Saudi audiences, and grow the online community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars tailored to the Saudi audience.
• Produce diverse content formats such as reels, videos, carousels, stories, and static posts.
• Manage and optimize the company’s presence on Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights and continuously refine strategies.
• Grow social media followers organically while improving engagement rates.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Saudi market trends, competitors and emerging digital opportunities.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and marketing partnerships as needed.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or marketing management.
• Proven track record of marketing to the Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong understanding of Saudi audience behavior and popular digital trends.
• Experience creating successful content strategies and editorial calendars.
• Ability to work on‑site in Alexandria and collaborate with remote teams.
